2010 Economy Guided Hunts

Come hunt the nation’s longest gun hunting deer season.

NOTICE: Prior to hunting the Birds Branch Plantation hunters must purchase a South Carolina hunting licnese and if you intend to harvest a doe on a non-doe day you must also purchase doe tags for $5 each (up to 4 tags). For information regarding South Carolina licensing and hunting rules and regulations please visit the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources website at http://www.dnr.sc.gov/

Daily Fees

$100 a day (2-day minimum) plus Harvest Fees (below), includes lodging in a camper.
2 days usually consists of four (4) hunts; Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning.

Harvest Fees

DOE (female deer): $100 each (bag limit 2 per day)
BUCK (up to 6 points, including button bucks): $200 each (bag limit 1 per day)
BUCK (7 & 8 points): $300 each (bag limit 1 per day)
BUCK (9 & 10 points): $400 each (bag limit 1 per visit)
Any BUCK with over an 18 inch inside spread: $500 each (bag limit 1 per visit)

NOTE: the harvest fees are in addition to the daily fees.
So here's an example of how to determine your total hunt cost. For a two-day hunt where you harvested two (2) does and a 6 point buck, your fees would be:

Daily Fee x 2 days	$200
Doe Harvest x 2	$200
Buck (6 points) Harvest	$200
Total for Entire Hunt	$600

Deposit

To secure your hunt a deposit of 50% of daily hunt fees are required at time of booking. The balance of the daily hunt fees are due prior to the start of the hunt. All harvest fees are due at the conclusion of the hunt.

Children

Children under 16 years of ago hunt free with a paying adult.
NOTE:Harvest fees above also apply to children hunting free with paying adult.
